Sample:
For an existing product, samples will arrive you in 1 week. For a new design, please allow us 6 weeks, this includes understanding and finalizing spec—which may invoking face to face meeting in USA, molding, manufacturing and shipping.

Order:
You test the sample to your satisfaction, and then you may choose to place an order. There is no minimum quantity restriction, we recommend you to order a few thousand dollars worthy product for economic oversea sourcing.
Hint: for small orders, consider combining items in different categories and make a relative large order.

Quality Concerns?
If the product we made doesn’t meet the standards of the approved pre-production samples – it is our problem!
